Our Home Rental Process
Follow our steps to explore our rental homes and apartments around Albuquerque, New Mexico and surrounding areas.
Step One: Browse Our Rental Options
Search our available rental properties by location, number of bedrooms and price. Click on an option to look at photos, maps and amenities in an area.
Narrow down your favorite rental properties and schedule showings to learn more. When you see a rental apartment or home in person, you can get a feel for the space and determine if it’s a good fit for your needs.
Step Two: Fill Out Your Application
After finding the perfect rental property, look at the application criteria. We display relevant information about the minimum income and credit score you’ll need for approval. We also provide details about the lease terms so you can plan accordingly.
Click “Apply Now” on a specific rental property. You’ll need to pay a non-refundable application fee, provide a valid form of identification and show proof of income. When filling out the information, we ask for three years of residential history and contact information for rental references. We may also reserve the right to request pet references.
Each resident older than 18 must submit a separate rental application. Please fill in all the details asked on the forms. Leaving answers blank may delay the approval process or result in a denied request.
Step Three: Sign Your Lease
You’ll receive a notification after your application has been reviewed. When approved, you’ll need to sign the lease electronically or in person. To hold the unit, you may need to pay the first month’s rent and a damage deposit. After completing those steps, our professionals will send you your move-in information.
